These days it seems like everyone does chicken. But that doesn’t mean they do chicken right. Or that they only do chicken. Dream of chicken. Ok maybe we don’t dream about chicken. Well maybe sometimes. Our obsession over chicken means you get the best chicken. It’s chicken you will love.
CHICKEN (FROM) SCRATCH.
All of our chicken is brined for at least 24 hours and is always fresh, never frozen. Then we hand batter and bread it throughout the day in our house-made flour-and-spice blend. We leave our chicken in quarters and get the largest tenderloins and whole wings we can find because we think that is the only chicken worth cooking from scratch.
